I’m always on the lookout for new kick ass music to listen to. So, if you have a relatively unknown band/artist up your sleeve, please share with the group. Either post on here, or use the contact form.
One of my recent finds is a band called the Martin Harley Band. They’re based in the UK, and I found them through a YouTube video where Martin (the lead singer/guitarist) is giving some brilliant tips on learning slide guitar (view it here). That’s another one of my projects (learning slide guitar) that I’m hoping I can work into some music I’m working on.
Martin is another true musician who doesn’t get half the recognition he (or his band) deserves. I’m going to add new music suggestions as often as possible, so if you’ve got someone you think needs a mention send their name across. I’ll give it a listen, and if they kick ass, I’ll post them up.
